1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for paid subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of initial subscription
  • Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as described
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service discontinuation by Pingtura

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free trial periods (no charges occur during trial)
  • Usage-based charges already incurred
  • Refund requests made after 14 days from subscription start
  • Refunds requested due to change of mind after using the service
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@pingtura.com with your account details
  2. Provide the reason for your refund request
  3. Include your subscription details and payment information
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
